Terms of sale

Last updated : July 17, 2026

Purpose

These terms of sale govern access to and use of the Beakon service ("the Service") as well as subscriptions to the paid plans offered by Lotfi Berrahal, sole trader ("the publisher").

The Service is intended exclusively for professional use. By subscribing, the customer declares that they are acting for purposes within their professional activity.

Any subscription implies full acceptance of these terms.

Description of the Service

Beakon is an online (SaaS) service for auditing search-engine optimization (SEO) and AI-assistant visibility. It is offered in three plans — Free, Pro and Business — detailed on the Pricing page.

The publisher reserves the right to evolve the features of each plan.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in euros on the Pricing page. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code (small-business exemption): prices do not include VAT.

Subscription payments are handled by our payment provider Stripe; the publisher does not have access to your full payment-card details.

Subscriptions are payable in advance, according to the chosen period (monthly or yearly).

Duration, renewal and cancellation

The subscription is entered into for the chosen period and renews automatically for an identical period, unless cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from your account (the "Manage subscription" section) or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; periods already started are not refunded, unless required by law.

Right of withdrawal

As the Service is intended for professionals, the consumer right of withdrawal provided by article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code does not apply.

User obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to audit only websites for which you hold the necessary rights.

Any abusive use (excessive load, circumventing quotas, harming third parties) may result in account suspension.

Availability and liability

The publisher takes reasonable steps to keep the Service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Results are provided for guidance only, with no guarantee of outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher's liability is limited to the amounts you paid over the last twelve (12) months.

Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law.

Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be determined under the applicable rules of law.
